Cancellation policy
Appointments are one-to-one, so a late cancellation usually can’t be filled. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or move. Cancellations inside 24 hours are charged at 50% of the booked service, and no-shows at 100%. We know life happens — just tell us as early as you can.
